By accessing the Stage 4 website, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, purchasing services, or using services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Stage 4 provides digital marketing and business visibility services, including local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website development, website updates, content strategy, PPC support, citation and listing management, reporting systems, lead flow development, analytics and tracking support, API, webhook, CRM, and system integration support.
Current package pricing includes Starter Visibility at $799/month, Local Growth at $1,250/month, Market Leader at $2,199/month, and ancillary services at $165/hour. Package details, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each client should be defined in the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.
Ad spend is separate from Stage 4 service fees and is paid directly to the advertising platform unless otherwise agreed in writing. Local Growth may include PPC campaign management for up to $10,000/month in ad spend.
Stage 4 does not guarantee first-page rankings, Google Maps placement, a specific number of leads, a specific conversion rate, a specific cost per lead, a specific revenue outcome, or approval by any third-party platform.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access, timely approvals, payment, compliance with laws and platform rules, and authorization for any claims, testimonials, reviews, images, logos, or content provided to Stage 4.
Stage 4 may work with platforms such as Google, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, Reddit, Yelp, Bing, Apple Business Connect, website hosts, CRMs, call tracking tools, and other services. Stage 4 is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, suspensions, bugs, pricing changes, or platform decisions.
